At the University of Miami, we’re able to do amazing things with our apparel partner adidas. From a football uniform launch at club LIV to our soccer team receiving six unique jerseys, more than they’ve ever received. Adidas has been a premier partner of the Canes and has helped make people feel special through large scale events. We want to continue to push the envelope. The question becomes, how can we do something just a little bit bigger? A lot of schools have big moments, but WHAT IF you were able to make those moments even bigger? WHAT IF you used your homecoming concert as a uniform unveil for the homecoming game, bringing your head coach and players out to surprise the folks in attendance? WHAT IF you used a performer to make a major announcement about athletics? WHAT IF you used your pep rally as a platform for an announcement about a giveaway at an upcoming sporting event? WHAT IF you used that next big moment to announce a new sponsorship deal that featured everyone in the crowd getting something exclusive? Consistent activation at key points throughout the year would ultimately drive students/fans to more events, as your followers begin to anticipate the next can’t miss brand moment.
